The Tampa Bay Beaches is a gulfside strip on the west coast of Florida, comprising multiple municipalities which attract visitors every year. South Pasadena is “Our Place in the Sun” right before St. Pete Beach. Let’s take a closer look at the history of this city and some safe activities to do on your stay.
MEET THE COMMUNITY: South Pasadena
In between the coastal neighborhoods of Gulfport and St. Pete Beach lies the quaint, residential community of South Pasadena. The City of South Pasadena was incorporated on July 1, 1955 with 150 residents, one policeman and a meeting hall. It remains a small community to this day with an approximate population of 5,000 residents.
Businesses, residents and elected officials work hard to make locals and visitors feel welcome in this small town. It’s the perfect place to stop in on your way to the beach or visit for some shopping and great food. “Whether you're taking a stroll through a scenic waterfront park or grabbing a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, South Pasadena is sure to charm you.”
ACTIVITIES: Here’s what to do
South Pasadena offers a variety of locally owned businesses and safe outdoor activities to experience. Businesses are making sure that they are doing everything they can to not only make sure customers are safe, but make sure that visitors feel right at home in this quant community.
