How To Get Involved: Special Events Committee

WHAT THEY DO: 

The goal of the Special Events Committee is to help coordinate and plan major Chamber Events including the Taste of the Beaches, the Annual Dinner and the Tourism Luncheon. This committee works to create innovative ideas for event planning, sponsorships, business involvement, member outreach and more. The committee works as a team with Chamber staff to ensure major events are successful, fun and bring in revenue.

THE VALUE: 

Being a part of the Special Events Committee allows you to get to know a variety of members face to face at event registrations. You also get to reach a variety of people from our community to get them involved with upcoming events. As a member of this committee you will be able to help put on large scale events for business owners, locals and visitors!

• Work in hospitality, restaurants, sales or sponsorship

HOW TO GET INVOLVED: 

The Special Events Committee meets once a month. You must be a member of the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce.
