WHAT: The Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce has two types of monthly events: Evening Mixers and Learn @ Lunches. For these events members gather to network, to socialize with different businesses and/or to learn about a specific topic. A great way to show off your business location to a variety of different businesses owners, employees and community members is to be an Event Host Sponsor. As an event sponsor you provide the physical location for an event and a sample of what your location has to offer.

UTILIZING THE SPONSORSHIP: To be a successful event host sponsors use the following principles:

• A reserved space or room for event attendees to utilize 
• A variety of sample food items to show off some of your most popular dishes
• A complimentary drink ticket for each attendee
• Display or inform the group of any featured items, events or calls to action that encourage attendees to return to your location or recommend it to others

THE VALUE: Being an event host sponsor allows you an opportunity to show off your business to a variety of different members. You can demonstrate the value of hosting other events at your business and create an environment that encourages event attendees to come back and visit you again. As an event host sponsor you are promoted in e-Newsletters and the website event page. Host sponsors also have an opportunity at the event to address the group and inform them of any upcoming events, specials or business updates.
