DESCRIPTION:***************SOLD OUT***************\n\n\n\nThe Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce will hold their Annual Dinner on Wednesday\, February 8th at TradeWinds Island Grand Resort (5500 Gulf Boulevard\, St. Pete Beach\, FL). This year's theme is Rising to Resilience. \n \n\nAttendees will have extensive opportunities to network with business professionals from every industry and hear from experts about how Tampa Bay Beaches can create more resilient communities and businesses.\n\n\n\nSpeakers include: \n\n \n\nCathie Perkins\, Director of Pinellas County Emergency Management. Cathie has 30 years of disaster experience. Starting after Hurricane Andrew\, Ms. Perkins started working in the hardest hit areas of Miami-Dade county and was officially introduced to Miami-Dade Emergency Management when she was assigned to work on a sheltering program for the community's most vulnerable populations. \n\n\n\nDiane Quingley\, AICP\, Senior Project Manager for Stanic. Diane brings 33 years of experience in local\, state and private sector planning. She specializes in strategic planning\, policy development\, program management and grant administration\, as well as environmental\, land use and transportation planning. She previously served the state of Florida as an Environmental Program Manager\, Intergovernmental Programs Manager\, and administrator for the Florida Department of Transportation. During that time\, she focused on program management\, transportation policy\, and the mitigation of environmental and community impacts associated with transportation systems.\n \n\nThe event kicks off with a Business Expo at 5:00 pm. Network and explore what services and products your local beach businesses have to offer. Program and Awards will follow promptly at 6pm. Cost to attend the dinner is $75.00 per person.
