In Celebration of National Travel and Tourism Week the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce will host its Annual Tourism Luncheon. This event gathers tourism executives and industry professionals to learn about the latest travel trends, tips and challenges. This year, the main topic of discussion will be Improving Quality of Life through Tourism.

The speaker on this topic will be Dr. Jonathon Day. Dr. Day has over 30 years of experience in tourism management. He is an internationally recognized sustainable tourism expert and an Associate Professor in Purdue?s White Lodging ? J.W. Marriott, Jr School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Attendees will have an opportunity to network with other professionals, explore the business expo and look at some of the important trends shaping tourism and how destination communities and businesses can benefit.
