September 21st – Government Seminar, 4-7 p.m. at PCSO
October 19th– Tourism Seminar, 4-7 p.m. at PIE
November 16th– Arts & Culture, 4-7 p.m. at Zubrick Magic Theatre
December 14th– Graduation Ceremony, 5-7 p.m. at Bellwether Beach Resort

Description of Attendee: A candidate for this program could be prospective leaders in the community, future managers in a company, a staff member that has a strong desire to excel and make the necessary connections, and new comers to the community all aspiring to be an effective leader. This will also be open to Junior & Seniors at Eckerd College & St. Petersburg College.

Mission: To develop, energize, and activate community leaders by providing insight and interaction with business, culture, and government to affect positive change and enhance personal experiences.

Paragraph: This program is a series of learning experiences (workshops, meetings, tours and retreats) designed to develop leadership talent in individuals representing the diverse Tampa Bay Beaches communities. Graduates are projected to be the future leaders of civic and business organizations for community action and improvement.
