"Empower yourself in 2022! Try a silk yoga class: one where the support of fabric can help you treat your joints to gentle movement, your upper body and abs to strength gains, and your inner child to play time!!!. Inversions are offered in each class but are not mandatory. A more restorative class will be offered every third Thursday of the month @6PM.

All levels welcome to all classes: Our teachers are certified yoga instructors and seasoned aerial specialists and can modify yoga poses in and around the swing. For more info: www.prismwellnessandyoga/aerialyoga
