"Community" Breakout Session: Leading an Essential Business Through Challenging Times

We convene business owners for discussions with a community feel, organized around business status. We will discuss tangible topics relevant to each group.

Recommended audience: Business owners whose companies are deemed essential, or who have otherwise been operating at full capacity through the pandemic. Share strategies and thoughts for maintaining safe conditions for employees and customers, maintaining a strong workforce, and for elevating team morale. These are interactive sessions where attendees are able to participate directly in the discussion.
