Gentle Easy Yoga @ The Centre SPB
Journey through gentle stretches to align the heart, body and breath and end with a deep mediation. This gentle yoga practice will help reduce anxiety and chronic pain, increase flexibility and range of motion and create a sense of calm. Carve out some time on your mat to ease into your day. Relieve stress, cultivate a calm mind and reconnect to yourself in this gentle yoga class. This class uses props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps (or equivalents ie; beach towels, can of beans, couch cushion, and a neck tie). All levels of experience welcome! Advanced registration required.
