This one-hour, hands-on workshop is designed to help business owners take an honest look at what’s working, identify what may be holding them back and establish clear priorities for growth.
Limited to just 10 participants, this is an interactive working session—not a traditional presentation. Each business will receive personalized guidance while completing practical exercises focused on:
- Clarifying what makes your business different
- Evaluating how customers find and experience your business
- Identifying gaps in your customer journey
- Making smarter marketing decisions
- Creating stronger reasons for customers to visit, return and refer others
- Choosing focused priorities for the next 90 days
Participants will leave with greater clarity, actionable next steps and a simplified plan to help them stop guessing and start marketing with purpose.
