Why does it work?
When ancient metals of Tibetan bowls sing with other vibrational sound healing instruments, they surround the body in gentle healing frequencies that penetrate the tissues while entraining the Brain into deeper stress-relieving mediation. Alpha (8-12hz) ~ Theta (4-8hz) ~ Delta (0.5-4hz) brain waves.
In this space, with intentional breathwork and mindset meditation, deep healing occurs ~ especially when using medicinal medicines.
