Wellness Wednesdays @ The Centre at St. Pete Beach
Wellness Wednesdays at the Centre will host a different topic each week of the month:
1st Week - What are the benefits of Nutritional IVs
2nd Week - What are the benefits of GainsWave Therapy
3rd Week - What are the benefits of CBD and Medicinal Marijuana
4th Week - What are the benefits of General Wellness (Massage, Breathing, Yoga)
5th Week - What are the benefits of Acoustic Wave Therapy
