Client Wellness Specialist

A Client Wellness Specialist will be expected to assist in all operations of the day-to-day happenings at The Centre. We are looking for organized and friendly candidates who care about helping to make people’s lives healthier. We want candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with us. 

Client Wellness Specialist Job Responsibilities: 

  • Greet, guide, assist, educate and consult with clients and patients about the cannabis industry, specific CBD products for their needs, and the process of receiving a medical marijuana card in the state 

  • Responsible for client happiness 

  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures, merchandising displays, facility cleanliness, setting up and breaking down events, and working off site booths 

  • Educate clients and patients about upcoming classes and events and membership offerings 

  • Ensure business operations run smoothly on a daily basis 

  • Provide exceptional facility tours 

  • Stay up to date on industry by reading publications, taking advantage of educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks 

  • Coordinating with and assisting the Client Wellness Manager and Operations Manager in miscellaneous tasks 

  • Managing special projects as assigned ex. training manual, membership program and event planning 

  • Assisting in the day-to-day functions of The Centre include: 

  • Inventory management of both products sold and office supplies 

  • Requesting products and supplies 

  • Restocking products and supplies 

  • Managing dispensary deliveries 

  • Coordinating with the Social/Digital Media Manager 

  • Manage activities calendar 

  • Liaison between The Centre and instructors 

  • Receiving mail, date stamping and distributing mail 

  • Assisting in day-to-day functions of Triverde Heath including: 

  • Answering phones 

  • Making appointments / scheduling 

  • Maintaining patient workflow of required data points and steps 

  • Appointment confirmations, changes, cancelations 

  • Registering patients in MMU 

  • Maintaining CPC guidelines 

  • Back-end support of our online intake form management software 

Client Wellness Specialist Job Requirements 

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree 

  • A willingness to learn and adapt at an exciting fast-growing startup 

  • 1-3 years of relevant retail or customer service experience  

  • Highly organized and self-motivated  

  • Foster teamwork 

  • Strong written and verbal communication
