The Bay Area Concierge Association is a non-profit organization of professional concierges who are committed to giving the best possible service and experience to the visiting guests in the greater Tampa Bay area. Our goal is to build strong professional and personal relationships with fellow concierges, hotels and businesses in the community. BACA is committed to affirm the highest standards of concierge professionalism through effective networking, training, mentoring and information sharing, resulting in better service and ambassadors for the destination. To give back to our community through charitable donations, fundraising and volunteering.
