We are a Tampa-based hospitality company that has been in business since 2012 with a focus on creating connections with iconic brands such as Ford’s Motor Company and TopGolf (with more to come).

23 Restaurant Services acquired Don the Beachcomber in summer of 2022, with plans for 10-15 locations in the southeastern United States over the next several years, with plans to expand nationally. 23RS has assembled an Advisory Board with some of the most influential voices in tiki culture over the last 30 years to help bring Don the Beachcomber back to the forefront of the world of tiki.
