About Us

ECOmersion helps connect people with nature! We offer kayak and paddleboard rentals and tours at War Veterans Memorial Park and Weedon Island Preserve right here in St. Pete.

ECOmersion is a kayak tour company whose purpose is to get people outside and connected with nature. We hope to provide you with the opportunity to reconnect with the beautiful environment around us. We often see wildlife like dolphins, manatees, fish, and birds on our tour. Shell Key and Weedon Island Preserves are located in St. Petersburg, FL and these preserves are quiet, reserved, and fun for people from age 8 – 80. We set ourselves apart by giving a passionate, educational, and fun-filled tour through some of our favorite places in Florida!


Making A Difference in the Community
As a way to give back and protect the beautiful nature around us, ECOmersion donates a percentage of all profits to local and national groups. Some of these groups include the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, the Audubon Society, and the Tampa Bay Watch (TBW) who protect and maintain the environment around us for future generations to enjoy. We also coordinate monthly cleanups and have picked up hundreds of pounds of trash from our local shorelines!
