We are the beach's premier health club located on St Pete Beach .
Health and fitness is on everyone’s mind these days and at Fit For Life we truly have something for everyone whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned veteran. We have a variety of classes, a state-of-the-art cycling room, & 24/7 access to the main gym so you can exercise on your own schedule. We welcome anyone 18 and older to join Fit For Life.
We also offer Personal Training, Physical Therapy, & Massage Therapy services by appointment.
