Chef Louis Scaramuzzi (or Chef Lou as we like to call him) sources only the freshest ingredients with daily specials developed from years of experience. At Mad Beach Fish House, we build our menu based on seasonality, which means our entire menu has a very ''catch of the day'' feel to it.

From ''Old-Florida'' staples like ''peel and eat shrimp'' and ''oysters on the half shell'' to fresh caught seafood prepared the same day by Chef Lou and his staff, you'll enjoy all the best fresh seafood harvested right out of the Gulf of Mexico, or as we at Mad Beach Fish House like to say...our back yard.
